Shipping policy
All Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.
Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by the USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL If you have any questions, email us at support@inhosmart.com.
Our products are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 5-20 business days, depending on the warehouse location.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Inhosmart ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(S). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Inhosmart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Inhosmart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:
You can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order
Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.
Products must be in new and unused condition.
Products with a Custom Logo are not returnable.
You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the product.
Any shipping problems—for example, incorrect items—must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package. If you have any questions, email us at support@inhosmart.com.
